This year was no different. Recently, FDLI published on its website its Top Food and Drug Cases 2020, and Cases to Watch 2021. Hyman, Phelps & McNamara, P.C. attorneys Sara Koblitz and Anne Walsh contributed to this year’s installment. We invite you to read Sara Koblitz’s chapter on the GSK v.
